摘要:In recent years, mobile emergency safety learning platforms (MESLPs) have increasingly been utilized in safety education, providing users with convenient and timely access to safety knowledge and skill training. This has significantly enhanced public safety awareness and self-rescue capabilities. However, in the context of a grow ing number of platforms and intensified market competition, maintaining users' intention to continue using these platforms is crucial for their sustained development. It is, therefore, essential to delve into the motivations behind users' continued utilization of these platforms. Employing the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method, integrated with heterogeneous linguistic expressions, enables a comprehensive and precise analysis of key factors influencing users' sustained use of MESLPs. This approach not only overcomes the limita tions of traditional analyses but also accurately reflects users' actual needs and experiences, providing a scientific foundation for precise platform improvements. An in-depth investigation identified eleven core factors, includ ing learning needs, user experience, and personalized learning. Applying the heterogeneous linguistic DEMATEL method further elucidates the centrality and interconnections among these factors. Findings highlight that user experience, learning effectiveness, practicality, and learning needs are pivotal in driving continued user engage ment. Moreover, personalized learning, technical support and stability, and incentive mechanisms also play an integral role. The introduction of the DEMATEL method in heterogeneous linguistic environments offers valuable guidance for the design and optimization of MESLPs. Enhancing user experience and catering to personalized learning needs, among other measures, are likely to significantly boost user engagement and learning outcomes, thereby fostering continuous innovation and development of MESLPs.
